How does cashback work?
When you create a campaign in Snagshout we place a hold on your card for the amount you plan to give out in cash back. At the end of each day we release the hold and charge your card for any of your deals that were taken by shoppers. Once shoppers confirm their order they are paid via PayPal.
Do you offer consulting and education?
Yes. We offer full service consultation (done-for-you services) on a limited basis as spots open up. If you would like more information please see below.
Is your service compliant with Amazon Policies?
Yes. Our goal is to run an honest and ethical service. We never require shoppers to write reviews on Amazon and shoppers are not paid or compensated to write Amazon reviews. We believe every business has the right to offer cash back and coupons as a legitimate marketing tool, but ultimately it is up to you how you use our tools to remain in compliance with Amazon Terms of Service (ToS). 
How are Snagshout and Massview Related?
Massview is the previous name of the Snagshout marketing app. The name Massview is currently being phased out, but you may still see the Massview logo or name on certain pages as we make the switch.
